International privacy framework

ALOTechnologies is currently an entrepreneurial initiative in the process of formal incorporation. This notice will be updated with the legal entity name and registered address once available.

1. Who is responsible for your information

This notice applies to alotechnologies.net, its environment-specific subdomains, and contact requests submitted through those sites.

2. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly and limited technical information needed to operate and protect the website.

  • Contact and professional details, such as name, work email, company, role, country, and optional phone number.

We use personal information only for legitimate and disclosed business purposes.

  • Responding to inquiries and evaluating potential projects or business relationships.
  • Scheduling and preparing introductory meetings.
  • Protecting our forms, infrastructure, and users from fraud, spam, and misuse.
  • Maintaining business records and improving the reliability of our services.
  • Complying with legal obligations and establishing, exercising, or defending legal claims.

4. Service providers and international processing

We may use vetted cloud, hosting, security, communications, and analytics providers to operate the site. Current infrastructure includes Firebase and Google Cloud. These providers process information under their own contractual and security obligations.

Because we serve an international market, information may be processed in Mexico, the United States, or other locations where our providers operate. We apply reasonable safeguards appropriate to the service and applicable law.

5. Retention and security

We retain inquiries only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, evaluate a relationship, maintain appropriate records, prevent abuse, and comply with law. Retention may vary when a commercial relationship develops.

We use access controls, validation, rate limiting, deduplication, encryption in transit, restricted cloud permissions, and other administrative and technical safeguards. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

6. Your privacy choices and rights

You may request access, correction, deletion or cancellation, object to certain uses, withdraw consent where applicable, or ask us to limit disclosure by writing to contact@alotechnologies.net. We may verify your identity before completing a request.

Residents of jurisdictions with additional privacy rights, including certain U.S. states, may exercise those rights where the relevant law applies. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

7. Cookies, App Check, and external links

The site may use essential storage and security technologies required for preferences, form protection, and service operation. If non-essential analytics or advertising cookies are introduced, this notice and the consent experience will be updated as required.

Links to third-party websites are governed by those websites’ privacy practices.
